We're going to unlock all the incredible, hidden secrets of botany. You'll transform into a buddy botanist, discovering exactly how plants grow, what they 'eat,' and how they stay super healthy. Our hands-on fun includes awesome seed extractions – carefully freeing tiny seeds from tasty fruits and veggies! Then, grab your imaginary lab coats as we become soil chemists, figuring out the perfect recipe for happy, healthy soil. But the best part? You'll plant your own seeds and witness the pure magic of life as they sprout and grow! This camp includes a trip to the Children's Garden in the Golden Gate Park on Friday. Students will take the Muni to the designation.

Outdoor field games in local area parks daily, swimming twice weekly, kayaking and rock climbing once weekly each. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional activities utilizing local area parks. Swim days are planned to be Tuesdays and Thursdays each week during the morning session. Kayaking are Wednesdays during the morning session, weather permitting. Rock climbing is on Fridays. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included. Junior Conservationists are invited to discover the magic of ecosystems—the special homes where every plant and animal works together. We will explore the vital jobs different creatures have, like how bees pollinate blooms and bears disperse seeds, and see why every single species is essential to the balance of nature. It’s like a complex puzzle where every piece matters. If one animal disappears, the whole picture changes! You will also discover that humans are a part of this puzzle, too. We’ll learn how our daily choices affect the plants (flora) and animals (fauna) around us, and how we can all be better friends to our planet.

Calling all future architects, engineers, and master builders! Are you ready to unleash your creativity and construct amazing structures? In Makerspace Marvels, we combine the power of math, measurements, and units with hands-on engineering and architecture to bring your biggest ideas to life! Each day, campers will face exciting design challenges, learning to think like real engineers. We'll dive into the practical side of math, using measurements to plan our creations and understanding different units (like inches, feet, and centimeters) to make sure our designs are perfect. Precision is key when you're building! Note: Campers will have the opportunity to utilize various kid friendly tools to bring their innovative designs to life.

This is our S.T.E.M. program that allows children to use their scientific thinking to create their own conclusions about the theme presented in a play-based exploration. Drop-off S.T.E.M. PlayLab is for children developmental ages 3-6. This registration is for an 8-week session. Child may register for Sunday 10:30-11:15 Drop-off Art and 11:15-12:00 Drop-off S.T.E.M. PlayLab to have a combined 1.5 hour drop-off time with one class moving directly to the next.

This summer at Ocean Explorers Camp, our youngest learners are invited to embark on a magical journey where the ocean comes to life through playful activities and hands on adventures. Picture this: Little ones nestled in our Marine Science Lab, surrounded by real live fish and captivating tales of the ocean. Story time becomes an immersive experience as our young adventurers delve into the mysteries of marine life. We will unleash creativity with magical ocean themed crafts! From crafting sea creature masterpieces to designing underwater wonders, we will bring the magic of the ocean to life through artistic expressions. We will also participate in ocean themed sensory activities that spark curiosity and wonder. We hope to foster a love for the Ocean and all of it's creatures. This camp is for incoming junior kindergarten, transitional kindergarten or kindergarten campers. We strive to provide a fun, nurturing and safe learning environment for our youngest campers. Our staff ratio is 8:1 with a maximum of 24 campers per week. All of the camps come together for lunch, recess breaks, and special events.
