In Music 3, children will be able to play musical patterns like clapping, patting, tapping or stomping to a beat. Their movements are coordinated and purposeful as we practice matching lyrics to choreographed movements and explore instrumental and improvisational play.

Step into a world of gods, monsters, and epic quests at our Percy Jackson-inspired Theater Camp—created just for middle schoolers! Whether you're a demigod-in-training or brand new to the stage, this action-packed camp is the perfect place to explore your creativity and unleash your inner hero. Campers will explore the world of Percy Jackson and the Olympians and the hit Broadway musical The Lightning Thief by working on exciting scenes full of adventure, humor, and heart. From battling mythical creatures to discovering hidden powers, students will develop acting skills while diving into these beloved stories. Campers will collaborate, build confidence, and have fun as they step into the roles of heroes, gods, and legendary creatures. The experience wraps up with a final showcase performance where family and friends are invited to see these young demigods in action! Join us for our most popular camp from last summer! This magical week is all about the joy of music, movement, and make believe. Our youngest campers will find their rhythm through singing and dancing, while interactive games keep everyone moving and laughing. Our days are filled with imaginative storytelling where costumes, puppets, and props let every child become any character they can dream of. We also dive into crafting and art by painting and drawing. From the art, to dance, to karaoke, there are so many fun ways for your child to "take the stage" and shine! This camp is for incoming junior kindergarten, transitional kindergarten or kindergarten campers. We strive to provide a fun, nurturing and safe learning environment for our youngest campers. Our staff ratio is 8:1 with a maximum of 24 campers per week. All of the camps come together for lunch, recess breaks, and special events. There are free choice activities in the morning/afternoon including games and crafts. ***REGISTER BY APRIL 24th to RECEIVE A FREE SUMMER AT SEA CREST T-SHIRT*** Please look out for an email (sent to the email you register with) a week or two prior to the start of camp with more details, including any special days happening that week. Our aftercare at camp runs from 3:00pm-4:00pm the charge is an additional $15 a day, if your child is not picked up by 3:05pm they will automatically be checked into aftercare and we will charge the card on file. Aftercare after a long camp day is definitely a time for decompression and may include board games and/or educational films. We also combine all campers at this time including our JK/TK and K camp. All camps will run contingent upon a certain number of campers signing up. If your camp is cancelled, you will be notified at least 30 days prior. We may also combine the 1st and 2nd grade camps with the 3rd-6th grade camps if there is low enrollment. Cancellation Policy: Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund. Registrations canceled 15-29 days prior to camp will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of camp will not be refunded. Please wear sunscreen and bring a jacket daily because we never know what coastal weather will bring. Campers are required to bring a lunch, snack and water bottle daily.

Through singing, games, movement, and more, students in Music Explorers will build a strong musical foundation, including keeping a steady beat, creating simple rhythms, and singing in a healthy and artful way. All Music Explorers will perform in TCHA’s Choir Concert at the end of the semester (Tuesday, December 1st at 7pm).

Join the Funky Divas & Dudes this summer at our Creative Drama & Dance camp! Campers engage in specialized activities that encourage self-confidence, socializing, fitness and creativity. Activities include dance classes, make a music video, acting, arts & crafts, cheek art, scavenger Hunts, relays, dress up for theme days & more! Class Description:
This teen art class is designed for teens who are ready to begin exploring their creative potential and how to start developing their own artistic voice. Students will be introduced to, and encouraged to explore, a variety of mediums—including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, mixed media, and collage—while receiving personalized guidance from an experienced instructor. Whether they're interested in building their technical skills or discovering thier own unique style, this class offers the freedom to experiment and create at your own pace. New teen students will complete three pre-designed projects with their teacher's guidance to help aid them in learning how to set-up/clean-up supplies and materials, get a feel for what mediums are available, and allow teachers to get a feel for the student's level of skill and art knowledge. What They’ll Learn: Medium Exploration: Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of art forms, including pencil and charcoal drawing, acrylic and watercolor painting, clay sculpture, printmaking, and collage techniques. Project Development: Learn how to conceptualize, plan, and execute your own independent projects. With teacher support, they’ll refine your ideas and bring them to life. Creative Techniques: Develop new skills in various artistic techniques, from layering and texture in mixed media to the technical aspects of ceramics and printmaking. Self-Expression: Find their own voice and style as they experiment with different materials and approaches to art-making. Critique & Feedback: Receive constructive feedback from the instructor and peers in a supportive and open environment to enhance their artistic process and growth.
