About Shun

The little ones I care for and their parents usually call me Ms. Shun. I am a very nurturing preschool teacher with experience caring for children in their home, in a preschool setting, as well as in my home. I value the time I spend teaching children and watching their little personalities grow. My goal is to support a child's desire to be life long learners by combining education with love. I am a very loving and nurturing child care provider. I aim to provide a child with the love and attention that they receive from their parents each day. My career goal is to provide care that benefits the child, the parent, and the community. I would like the opportunity to provide exceptional care for parent in the area. I'm a certified caregiver and I received my credentials as a child care director. I have completed the child development associate (CDA) program. I'm certified in infant and adult CPR and first aid. I have a fire safety certification as well. I have fingerprinting results from a national fingerprinting database. I have experience teaching in public schools as a substitute teacher. I have 4 years experience with children who are autistic as well as children with many other special needs. I have over 15 years experience in the child care field. My experience also includes teaching all ages in a licensed day care facility as well as a preschool teacher.
