Jen, was our childcare provider for several years.  Always on time, always available for off times, and she was very engaged with our kids.   Playing with them, doing crafts and projects and really became an extension of our family.  I passed her name out, to other families as well, since finding someone with her level of experience, was not always easy.  She has also raised her own kids, 2 daughters, so you would have a care provider with experience raising her children, plus yours.   I would strongly recommend her, for infants-middle school.

Jen was Great with my kids. Always on time, helped with housework and letting my dogs out. The kids adored her. I was sorry to see her go when my kids went to school.

Jen was great with our three month old! She made sure to ask all the right questions and never hesitated to send me a text or call to verify if she wasn't sure. The only reason we went a different direction was my mum stepped in to nanny.

We hired Jennifer to watch our 4 month old and she was with us for 7 months. In the beginning, she was great. She made sure to keep our little guy on schedule and busy all day. Even did things around the house for us that was not asked. About 3-4 months in, she started to have too many personal issues that we just couldn't keep up and our work schedules could barely accommodate (doctor appointments in the middle of the day, needing to leave early for various reasons). Tried to communicate the stress but she just couldn't grasp. She would always remind us that she's never had a full time job and this was difficult to maneuver. This went on for too long without any change. We felt manipulated and taken advantage of, and our child had to suffer since there was so much tension. It's upsetting because she was so great with him but it was a toxic relationship that no one should have to endure, especially with someone who is supposed to reduce the amount of stress in your life. She also decided to quit without notice through text message, so very unprofessional as well. Would not recommend.

Jennifer had a great interview so we offered her the job. She didn't accept because had forgot about her obligations to her own kids. Then she contacted me almost daily for over a week saying that she really would like the position. After much consideration we offered her the job again which she accepted, only to quit on us THE DAY BEFORE she was supposed to start.

I did a phone interview with Jennifer and she seemed like a good fit for the position. She was very communicative through messaging and quick to respond. Her references glowed about their experience with her and had only great things to say. We were ready to schedule an in person interview and she declined because she thought she was moving (she isn't now, so snag her up!) We were saddened by this because she was one of our top applicants at the time and we hired someone else in the meantime. We wish her the best of luck!
